  7. Spiritual text to help you feel connected to a higher power
  8. Affirmation cards
  9. Your favorite candy
  10. A piece of paper to get your thoughts out
  11. Tokens of nature to remind you of the beauty in the world
  12. A nice lotion for some gentle massage
  13. A weighted blanket
  14. Letters from others (or from yourself on a better day)
  15. A stuffed animal for emotional support
  16. A music playlist and a reminder to listen to it
  17. List of reasons worth living, including:
    • Things you are grateful for
    • Things that you have to look forward to in the future
    • Things you like about yourself
    • Acts of kindness that left an impact on you (and ways to pay it forward)
  1. A family heirloom or token from a loved one
  2. A yoga mat for a calming flow or endorphin-boosting workout
