Living Wellderly: How Seniors Can Combat Depression

Depression is a common problem among seniors, but it is NOT a normal part of aging. In fact, studies show that most older adults feel satisfied with their lives, despite the emotional and physical changes one undergoes as they get older. Important life changes happen as you age.
